How long does it take for orders to arrive?
We are currently experiencing a very high volume of orders and shipping times may be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to be safe we take an average of the following:
All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours .
Shipping takes about 5-9 business days , depending on your location. We ship to around 75 countries.
Do you also deliver to my country?
We have excluded countries that we cannot ship to from the checkout process. This means if you are able to check out, we can ship to your country.
Do you also ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We currently ship to over 65 countries. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.
Currently, shipping is free for orders within Germany.

Can I track my order?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
You can return a product for any reason within 30 days, guaranteed. No questions asked.
We do not charge any return shipping costs.
The customer only has to carry the return label.
How does the return work?

Our support team will then guide you through the return process.
Please do not send any returns to us without contacting us first as we will need to create an internal ticket to refund the order.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, we will refund you on the day the return package arrives.
Processing by the bank can take up to 3-5 business days .
When will I receive a refund?
In some cases, we offer refunds to avoid difficulties in returning products and to compensate for dissatisfaction.
If the cashback is approved, it will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days , you will receive an email about it.

Which size should I choose?
All our garments are based on standard sizes and most products come with a tailored size chart.
We strongly recommend taking 1 size larger for a better (oversized/straight) fit.
